David A. Straite
David is an experienced litigator available to assist clients in securities, corporate governance, hedge fund, digital privacy, antitrust and general commercial disputes. David also provides litigation advisory services for consumers, investors, law firms and corporations, and provides counsel related to litigation finance, case evaluation, and business start-ups. He is licensed in Delaware, New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Washington, D.C.
David has 17 years of experience as both a litigator and transactional lawyer. Prior to founding STRAITE PLLC, David was an antitrust attorney in Skadden Arps' New York office assisting on both litigation and M&A transactions; worked in the litigation department at Blank Rome in Philadelphia; worked in the Wilmington office of Grant & Eisenhofer; and helped launch the Wilmington and New York offices of London-based Stewarts Law, where David was also a partner, a member of the US Executive Committee, and the first global head of the investor protection litigation department.
